Dude, like I searched the web for "neon signs farsi".

I used ask.com and it was the first thing that came up.

I just tried Google and it was the second item. (.24 seconds)

Identifying the "wiggling thing" took much longer. I had to wait for the teenaged Sontwo to get out of bed.
