about 2 weeks ago a pal of mine, the dancer, visual artist, and mail artist Jenny was immortalized as a constellation in the night skies.
it's an unusual constellation because wherever you are on Earth or Vleeptron or c-Space, you can look up and see Jenny making a new piece of Mail Art. All you need to see it is love for and admiration for her amazing achievements.

hiya Janis, so very happy Constellation Jenny has pleased you.
Spring is [almost maybe] here hereabouts. I'm in Western MA in a farm dorp that was founded as bonus free farmland for (mostly Hessian) veterans of the French & Indian War.
Anyway when the Sun finally shines and you wanna go for a drive, we can hoist a few microbrews and chat (face-to-face! imagine that!) about Jenny.
I called her Kick Em Jenny, and she seems to have liked that, it's an underwater volcano in the Caribbean.
Hi,
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure what this post means but I like it very much... the art and the concept...

ReplyDeletere Spring ...
Please, you and all Jenny's AML pals, if you like her constellation, print it out and a copy store will make a t-shirt out of it.
That's lovely. She always was a dancing star. Now she continues to shine upon us all.
ReplyDeleteHiya Carol, so glad the new constellation pleased you --
ReplyDeleteFound a photograph of Jenny the Dancer from the 1960s, and lots of stuff about Jenny's explosive life of art and creativity in so many dimensions at
